Our First Port of Call: Puerto Montt, Chile

Lunch in a local fish restaurant

Battered, deep fried abalone, and tomato rosette

Congrio soup, a local specialty made from a large, eel-like fish

And the other recommended local delicacy was...giant barnacles!

These are the congrio which were featured in the soup.
