We took a day trip just outside Mexico city to visit the Teotihuacán Pyramids which were constructed by either the Toltec or the Totonac people approximately 2000 years ago. Teotihuacan is home to some of the largest pyramids in the Americas and at its zenith was one of the largest cities in the world.
