We spent our time in Mexico city with our amazing friends Polo and Miranda. While there, we ate all kinds of great food, both at their home, with friends and family, and at restaurants and food stands.

One of our favourite experiences in Mexico city was going to visit Polo's uncle who is a professional tamale maker. After negotiating the metro system during rush hour we spent the evening with Uncle Tamale learning how to make an assortment of different kinds of tamales. When we were finished we got to eat our creations.
